Consumer Chanakya works under the aegis of Arun Shrivastava Memorial Society registered under The Society Registration Act 1860. Hereby the following words and expressions under the Terms and Conditions are used in the following senses applies to Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any other Agreements appears from this context: "Client", "You" and "Your" referred to the client as A Competent person who is of the age of majority and a sound mind intensity and of forming a rational judgment as to its effect upon his interests and is not disqualified by any law, he who accessing this website and accepting the establishment Terms and Conditions. Consumer Chanakya is an online initiative to support & help people fighting the injustice done by various brands/companies/organizations/institutions. We are a communication platform & all the communication is done through learned consumer experts we obtain service fees from our consumers to maintain the quality of our services rendered by the experts and consultants. That our working process is for 21 days from the date of formally receiving the complaint & fees and that the case submitted with us stands closed after 21 days. Reopening of any case is the sole discretion of the management & retention fees may be charged for continuing the work. That a clear & concise clarity over call & in writing is given to the consumer before & after obtaining fees. That an acknowledgment to operate & work on complaint is obtained from the complainant/consumer in writing before initiating the work on his/her matter. That we clearly state that there is no guaranteed solution to any complaint of whatsoever nature & we make no claims of guaranteed solution. That Consumer Chanakya being the communication platform just communicates & guides the consumer to fight back the injustice. That we communicate on the capacity of our consumer/complainant after obtaining a written acknowledgment from him/her to do so.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized employees within the company on a need to know basis only use any information collected from individual customers. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Parliament has created specific offences for unauthorised actions against computer systems and data. We will investigate any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible
We help people in overcoming their problems via online support rendered through learned experts over calls & email support. We offer our services for 21 days & for so we obtain the service fees to maintain the service quality we offer. There is no refund policy as the services once rendered cannot be taken back. By paying us you acknowledge to take our services having read our terms & conditions.
Consumer Chanakya is an online platform incepted to communicate on behalf of the consumer run by Arun Shrivastava Memorial Society. We are not a law firm, neither we represent cases in court of law for any consumer or person. That we are strictly a communication platform, intended to get the resolution without immediately approaching the consumer court. We initiate communication on behalf of the consumer, only after the written/verbal recorded conversation from the consumer. Our intention is to formally communicate and resolve the consumer complaint for the consumer. We never intend to defame or tarnish any brand image of any company or brand. That we are communication consultants for the consumer.
